[Roleplay] Group 2 Roleplay Thread

Sarvin turns back to the wreckage. He could either look for supplies himself, or ask the survivors for information... "Both of those options sound problematic.", he muttered to himself. He decided that asking for help would be better, considering everyone should have the same goal in mind, and a captain would help. Even though some of them might be turned away by the fact he was part-demon and didn't sound like the most inviting person. Sarvin walks towards the group of people and tries to ask if anyone would help with the Captain.

Anakh doesn't really know what to do as of right now. On one end he wants to leave as soon as possible, but he can't just leave these people stranded on this beach. "Ï gotta help them, then I'll leave"

"I will look over him until you are back", answers WIlfire. He looked at the captain, who looked badly injuried, and checked his wounds to see how grave they were

The captain's wounds are actually worse than had been thought or seen. You notice blood seeping through his torn shirt, and it appears that he has a rather nasty scratch mark along his chest, cutting deep. The sand is stained with his blood, and he seems to be barely keeping consciousness.

They look up at you, not really shocked by your appearance as they had seen you on the ship previously.
"We don't really know what to help you with, nor do we know how. I... don't really know where we are, either." One of them says shakily.

Wilfire looks at his bag to see if there is anything he can use to stop the bleeding.

"I need help looking for some medical supplies. Just enough to help the captain and anyone else that needs it we should hurry though, we don't have a lot of time. There's too much area to cover in such a short time." Sarvin tried his best to explain what was going on. He didn't expect help from most of them since their wounds were a little more than basic healing would allow. But regardless, any help in finding the ingredients needed to save a life was appreciated. Sarvin began to list the needed things to be found and set off to search an area for some. ( If anyone wants to help, they'll know where to start looking ), he thought, still worried they might not find what is needed in time... Or at all.

After hearing the shouting of the Tiefling, Vilzriquathtor started to regain consiousness. Keeping her head still down to examine what has happened, she spots a human around the captain, a vampire, and a Tiefling. Concerned about her current location, she gets up, and heads to the Tiefling asking the following: "<Abyssmal> What happened to everyone one." (She assumes that the Tiefling is a Tiefling, that he knows the Dæmon's tounge.)

"What...?", he said, Quickly rushing back to searching for needed supplies.
( With a few found already, this shouldn't take long ), he thought to himself.

Upon getting the response to the Tiefling, she walks over to the human; she asks in broken common "<Broken Common> How has this happened" struggling to ask what happened to everyone. She mutters "<Draconic> Well this is great" to herself for know fully knowing the common tongue yet.

Wilfire, trying to find something in his bag that can help the captain, screams "Hey! Cleric! Hurry up, the wounds seem to be much more severe than we thought!"

Wilfire looks at his bag to see if there is anything he can use to stop the bleeding.

Not much of what you have appears to be able to stop the bleeding. As you rummage through your bag, the captain weakly grabs your arm, which takes your attention.
"Leave me... I won't make it with these injuries." He says, coughing up a bit of blood, staining his gray beard. "I knew something like this would happen... take the others, find the nearest village, get your bearings..."
The captain reaches into his jacket and pulls out a scroll case, upon opening it, there is a map of Selvera, completely unscathed, surprisingly. The captain points to an area marked "The Shattered Strand", leaving a bloodied fingerprint on the parchment.
"You are likely to be in this area... whatever you do, get the survivors to Valmar... I promised them..." He says, coughing again.

Your frantic searching throughout the ship's wreckage proves fruitless, and you find nothing that will be useful in the act of trying to save a life or tend to wounds, aside from your own magic.

He's a human with graying hair and a medium-length beard.

Wilfire whispers something to himself in primordial before accepting the task to take the people to Valmar. He will honor the last words of the captain, who seems to be nearly dead. The mercenary calls Sarvin, saying: "I don't think we can save him anymore. The captain is nearly dead. Only a miracle can save him now."

After searching high and low, it turns out Sarvin was only a tad bit away from finding all that was needed. Rushing back to the captain, he finds the Human sitting there with a map in hand and the captain motionless. Frustrated, the tiefling storms over to the crate filled with bread and smashes it open in anger. Continuously muttering various things to himself.

Both out of fear, and shock Vilzriquathtor fells the sorrow of the dying captain, but is also trying to stay closer to the Tiefling than the Human. She cries out in the Celestial Tongue: "<Celestial> WHY!?"

Wilfire continued to whisper something in primordial. He seemed to be saying "Curse that Kraken. I wish the harpoon shot had killed it." Upon noticing the Changeling, he said: "A Kraken. A Kraken attacked the ship and destroyed it. The captain is now dead and many passengers have joined him as well." The captain gave me this map and asked me to take the survivors to Valmar. We should also be going to the nearest village we can find. Maybe we can find a way of getting out of this island."

Upon hearing Wilfire's Primordial Whisper, she replys "<Primordial> Wish we could get them to safety." She still seems nervous about talking to a Human in which she is mostly scared of her allergies to them. She further comments "<Primordial> Sorry for not not being fluent in the common tongue, I am still not acquainted with it completely yet."

Wilfire replies in primordial: "Don't worry about that. To sum it all up, a Kraken destroyed the ship. We are supposed to go to Valmar, based on what the captain said. But before getting there we will need to leave this island. The captain told me to find the nearest village around here. And so we are gonna do.

"We should probably wait for the people around here that had a connection to the captain, to pay their respects to the man.", slightly talking to himself. But since that changeling has proven to be difficult to talk to, he'd have to talk to the human to get his message across. He slowly walked away from the exploded crate of bread and suggested they wait for everyone to collect themselves. "While we wait, we can examine that map a little further. Maybe find a fast route."

You aren't certain on where you are, but if you are by the Shattered Strand like the captain said, you would be near the village of Avar.

"Assuming the map is correct, we should be close to a village named Avar. And so it becomes our destination." Said Wilfire, while looking at the map.
