This, also, as soon as a yellow claims, the sun augur should inspect him/her immediately just to be sure. Also, if a yellow that can be nightkilled claims, the glimmering guard should use its ability on this person even if we don't know for sure he is a yellow. As we do not want an important yellow like shaman, acolyte or augur to die accidentally. The augur should use his ability on the claimed yellow the day after though.

It is more of a concept that the person is always a townie.

That doesn't change anything.

Sanct's plan from the previous game seems like the best way to go.
The Sun Acolyte claims and gets inspected by the Sun Augur and they start the alliance. The Acolyte should only claim after the night has ended, so that the dark artist can't paint him/her.

Also, the once the augur verifies the Acolyte the golem can join in.

Looks like the town has got a pretty solid stratagey.

Of course, as I said in the previous one, there may be two claims. It will then be up to the others to decide who the augur is. But other than this, the plan seems good.

For the 100th time: Town roles are just as important as other roles and we've seen lots of examples for this. Your sole power to vote and to talk and to make suggestions on plans and stuff is somewhat decisive.

Also for the Sun Acolyte claiming on Day 1: The Augur can eventually decide to safe their inspection and use it on someone else. If someone else decides to claim Sun Acolyte, the real one will definitely counter it, if they're on board.

But we can't fully trust anyone claiming sun acolyte until the augur inspects.

Depends on how much we can trust. It will probably necessary for the Augur to back it up but MAYBE it won't be.

it is ncessary. if someone counterclaims, you can't know who's the real acolyte without inspecting.

Exactly. So yeah.

Yeah sun acolyte claiming seems pretty foolproof. If the moon acolyte tries to counterclaim it might make things a little tricky but the sheriff should be able to fix that.

Unless the Sun acolyte was frozen but in my opinion this is highly unlikely

And I just said frozen because I am retarded. I mean painted
