-The Mushroom Houses do look a bit weird.

Everything else looks good though. :)

Do you think you can make another version like this without the castle wall?

The trees in the first BGO have 1x1 pixels. I would suggest removing them.
You should also recolor the Toad houses so they don't stand out as much. Maybe lighten them a little?
Otherwise, it looks pretty good!

The trees are so small because the other objects, like the mushroom houses and bushes are small as well.
I already tried to leave the normal size, but it was kind of strange!

You don't have to make them bigger. Just scale the original full sized trees down to 25%, then scale them up to 200%. The result will be trees that are the same size as the ones you have now, but without 1x1 pixels, though you may have to adjust them a little so they don't look weird on the edges.
