It's rectally derived comments like this that seem just so out of left field when talking about different generations. What does MTV have to do with anything?

Whether it's relevant or not, MTV is at least just another channel with really dumb content, just like Nickelodeon. (MTV doesn't even send music anymore, if I'm right)

I'm not hanging out on the forums pretty often.
And unlike Aero, I don't always create senseless topics like Kids these days or why Nerds are bastards because Mr. Aero says so.
It's always the same: 5 pages of discussion and in the end, Joey closes the thread.
Topics like these are just in existence to offer depressed and self-hating people a place where they can let out their frustration about the society and blame other people for their situation. What other reason could there be to create a topic such like this? Why Nerds are bastards by Aero is the better example, though

Why should I? I've seen around 500 "Kids these days"-topics in forums. I'm not gonna read the same shit for the 501th time

you must hang out on forums a lot to see 500 of these threads

I did but not anymore and the reason why is threads like this or your other thread, you know which. I dunno why you have the desire to tell off groups created by society to feel yourself better. Maybe a trauma?

This response is actually the best response to these topics that there could ever be.
I don't see how they generate any actual discussion, and from what I've read so far, they actually haven't.

Oh boy! You want to talk about kids these days and then you don't even know what kids of these days do. I don't know what I should think of that.

Pokemon Go (as in: chasing Pokemons everywhere, I've heard a couple incidents about that) is just another bad phenomenon
Anyway, Aero, you should stop creating topics like that if you have no intentions with them other than trolling, and you know, this kind of trolling and shitposting easily creates bandwagoning. Besides, this is an irritating thread.

Shroom, it's not your job to be giving out lectures. Please stop backseat moderating.
As for my opinion on this thread, I do agree that the OP is non-serious, but the thread has actually sparked legitimate discussion. It wasn't until people started calling out Aero over his thread that isn't even bad that the thread derailed. Everyone needs to get back on topic, now.

^ This
I said directly that the top half of my post was sarcastic and satirical of people who say "kids these days" and judge generations with cliche platitudes. Even included a YouTube link that seriously goes over this. Almost posted a FilthyFrank/Ukinojoe video but I thought that wouldn't be clear enough but hey being subtle is a lost art here anymore anyway.
Also vsauce did a good video on this subject:

It's the meme thread, where people become memes.
I'm still debating on whether or not this is a good thing.
