It looks like the third image is not supposed to be animated at all, and yet it's somehow an 8 MB gif. This should be a PNG file (or even an 8-color GIF, I think, though that would require specific software like Photoshop).

Huh. I guess it's just my browser again. It never does that with YouTube videos, so maybe that's the better format for animated media.

Widescreen and a new title screen. I'm not sure what to think of the new title though.

Oh hi...! It's been a while! Thanks to the power of Internet failure, dev kinda hauled for a while. During that time, I decided to rethink what I planned to do with this game, and made a few major changes. The biggest one being in the artstyle.

Meet new artstyle folks!

Gameplay wise, the game will play mostly the same, with a few changes made to make the game a bit more difficult. I choose to change the artstyle to distinct this game from being in the Kirby-ish style, something (while I thought looked great) would and could cause problems down the line. Also, I've now been designing the game with 16:9 in mind now, along with control plans and formats for other consoles (both of which I didn't originally do when I first set up the game's design). Expect dev to pick up again now, and expect to see some very cool stuff soon...

Yo, that's a pretty good artstyle there! It's certainly unique. Glad to know that this isn't dead, keep up the good work!
