The project looks really good, the story is unique(ish), and it looks promising. However, in my honest opinion, I don't think the shy-guys should be corrupted. They technically aren't minions of Bowser (they're minions of Wart), but that's just a small detail. Keep up the good work!

I know that Shy Guys are Minions of Wart, but I wanted that it fits better with the other enemies. Maybe I'll change it.

The cloud tileset kinda clashes, i suggest you to recolor it to a more light blue-ish/white-ish color and give it a black/grey outline. Also, there's cutoff between the pipe and the cloud tileset, i suggest you to make the clouds overlap it. Otherwise looks good.
I can't see any flaws in the world map screenie.

The shy guys were Wart's minions only in SMB2, in more recent Mario games like Paper Mario for example, they're Bowser's minions.

Anyways,this looks like a really good project!I will play it for sure!Though I think Im gonna wait till its finished before I play it.

Not bad, though the white grass bgo is blending with the sizables 2 much and the fence & pipe cause cutoff.

They could add Ludwig as sidequest. e.g. A few small levels with Ludwig as a playable character.
That's all I care about. Ludwig must be in every game. And I won't stop until he is (lol jk)

but please dont spam that he should be in my episode. if he will be in it, every koopaling ( not really, in my episode there will be kowser, a bowser with red shell and yellow head and green hair.
