But christianity became more modern with the enlightenment of the 18th century, Islam is still as retarded as it was in the Middle Ages.
Also, Europe isn't as religious as it was in the Middle Ages, the US for example is by far more religious than Europe, that's why there are still radical christians in the US.

Here in Germany you are usually blamed to be a Nazi if you dare to critize Islam or the massive immigration since August 2015 and racism is on the rise.

The formula is easy: No foreigners = no racists
I don't want to say we should deport all foreigners from Europe, but islamic people have such a different worldview than the western culture that social conflicts and religious crime is a logical result.
