They're trying to investigate the issue whenever they can... as of now we have to deal with it's issues. As of now I mostly got used to it but it will be over in the future hopefully.

Besides, if it happens, I just close the tab with the empty window and load the page again. This kind of issues is something you can't promise for sure that it will be fixed, but in this case I'll say it again, I don't consider it bothersome.

You could just refresh the page and click again the topic name above the reply box.

What you can also do is by before you make a new post create another tab that is in the same location as of where you're gonna post your post with and then once you've post it and the error page appears you can quit this tab then on the previous tab reload it and then you can see your post that way.
