I tried to find molecule names, but there are still some elements leftover that I wasn't able to combine with others.
1 Ruthenium Hexafluoride (RuF6)
1 methyl (CH3)
---------------------------------------------------
1 Formaldehyde (CH2O)
1 Hydrogen (H)
OR
1 methylene (CH2)
1 Hydroxide (OH)
---------------------------------------------------
2 Potassium (K2)
1 Dichromate (Cr2O7)
1 Acetic Acid (C2H4O2)
1 Iodic acid (HIO3)
1 Potassium (K)
1 dihydrogen phosphate. (H2PO4)
1 Ethanol (C2H5OH)
1 Rhodium (Rh)
2 Tellurium (Te2)

You're on the right track. Keep going. Just try to rearrange some stuff a little more
Additionally:
Just so you're aware, 2K and 2Te are not the same as K2 and Te2. A coefficient states the number of molecules while the subscript number represents the number of atoms of a certain type in the molecule. Potassium and Tellurium do not exist as diatomic molecules

Yeah, when I wrote "2 Tellerium (Te2)" I meant to say I have 2 atoms of Tellerium available and the (Te2) is just what was written in the long list. Luckily I was able to find another molecule leaving me with RhTe2. All I have been able to find is a crystal that is composed of RhTe2, but I can't find a name of that crystal. The only pattern I can find is that the first 4 molecules is composed of two elements, the next 3 is composed of three elements and the next one is composed of 4 elements. Unfortunately, the C2H3OH(has 3 elements) and RhTe2 would brake that pattern(has 2 elements).
Ruthenium Hexafluoride (RuF6)
Methyl (CH3)
Methylene (CH2)
Hydroxide (OH)
Potassium dichromate (K2Cr2O7)
Acetic Acid (C2H4O2)
Iodic acid (HIO3)
Monopotassium phosphate (KH2PO4)
Ethanol (C2H5OH)
Crystal???(RhTe2)???

Here is a hint:
Do you like RPGs? It is a language I am learning from a Specific game that all it is is a cipher.

Don't need one:
It was pretty simple. Only took me about 10 minutes once I put my mind to it

What is shiny, round and attached to a structure?
It's quite easy if you get it.

You could probably get a good code by putting binary into wing dings, then sending THAT across.
