You're not even trying to take our criticism. This has no effort put into and is absolutely awful looking.

It has improved the art of Yoshi, but there are no problems. I've done the shadows were very good. No need to make the colors were bad, improving the color and the shadow variable.
Yoshi Redesigned
My drawing is better or worse?

I'm going to be that guy to ask you, are you even listening to what anyone is saying?

It's worse but it at least has some attempted shading. But the shading is poorly done and so is the rest of the level.

Question: The shadow is better or bad? The image editor Paint.NET or Photoshop is better?

Don't use photoshop. Use Paint.NET. One thing you should do is instead of using the pencil/marker tool, use the line tool and use it to make curves. Your drawings all look really messy and the shading is inconsistent. Here's something I did a while back:

Take a look at the shading. It's consistent all the way through. I chose a light source and directed by shading endeavor from there. You just throw a little shading in a few places. Read this, all of it, or just look at the pictures to get the gist of what I'm saying:

There's absolutely nothing wrong with photoshop other than its no better than paint.net for drawing. If you're more comfortable with photoshop, then great! Use it - you probably paid a lot for it! However, it's not the program that makes art good, it's the artist. I'd suggest doing what PixelPest said.

The difference in color shades is good. The picture is better or worse? I using paint.net to draw the shadows, pencil and paint bucket.

I think you should read some of the helpful comments people posted here, I'm afraid you haven't improved at all.

I guess it's good? I dunno, it's really just a screenshot plus some text. I wouldn't exactly call that "art."

I think it's the royal "we."
