I don't think so, I'm using Switch version, no seeds, and I don't know what buffet worlds means.

The Switch version (both of them) have seeds, buffet worlds are a Java Edition exclusive (and a non-replacement for customized worlds).

Also this seems like a good excuse to talk about the fact that customized worlds still haven't returned.

Where can you input seeds in the Switch version?

Long time ago on a minecraft server, I was getting admin by meeting the owner of the server. It was temporary and I switched to Creative Mode to help the owner. The next day, another admin came to the server and teleported me to a lowly built dirt place. He tried to kill me but I was still in Creative. The admin thinks that I'm a hacker and BANNED me! The fact that I have thousands of Sailfish Boots, but I cannot get a SINGULAR TSUNAMI IN A BOTTLE! What's worse is when you reforge, and it takes alot to get the best modifier, what's worse is when you skip it, don't get me started on Expert Mode Skeletron either, the hands inflict big slow, head inflicts Bleeding, when hands are gone it starts shooting skulls and spinning faster, and if you get hit, welp, ya dead, get stuck in a knockback chain, I genuinely hate this boss, and so I started a side world on NORMAL, just to get Nights Edge and Molten Armor, and also picked up Sunfury and Valor, as well as a Colbat Shield, ya know, because I don't wanna waste anymore potions, and what is your reward? Bone Glove, what could it do? Well, lemme tell you, a bad weapon for a bad class! No mask or anything!

For instance, getting involved in a messy situation, doing something out of your character, saying true facts that no matter what offends someone, doing something accidentally then regret about it.
That either people would keep talking crap behind your back, or prevent someone else to understand the situational full picture. One wrong move and you have the entire country as your enemies.
