It looks like it, so I assume that's what he was going for.
Edit: About the tileset itself, it looks really nice! How about making a sizeable block and some additional things like pipes? I'd also love to see more ghost house-esque things like stairs, a grandfather clock and a chandelier!
Also, a background would be nice.

the pillar was inspired lol. I'm most likely going to change it though. As far as the fence is concerned, it's supposed to be made of weathered wood in a sense. I didn't exactly want to go with the traditional shading, I kinda wanted it to look all chipped and rough. I think it turned out ok though. As far as the pillar is concerned, it's going to be different.

I don't want to see anyone say that I don't draw anymore.

Sand..... Lots of it.... It's not released yet, so I don't want anyone using this yet.

That looks dope, like, seriously dope.
I really like the fill you made for the fortress-ish tilesets at the top. It looks super neat. I do think it's kind of weird to put goomba's and spiny's into the floor, but I don't really mind. I like the way you recolored the cave tileset a few times to make it usable in different types of levels. I could see the grey one used in a space level and the blue one in a underwater level. I do hate the red rock tileset, it looks a bit too saturated IMO. If it's meant to be a volcano tileset you might want to make it red-ish brown instead. (unless of course you are sticking to a certain palette.) The Bonus tilesets look really cool, some colours are weird again, but the tilesets are still awesome. I especially like the way you made smb3 dungeon-like blocks for the bonus ones, I don't see that done nearly enough.

Oh hey, you are doing shit again. Im loving that sand tileset man, I really like the way you made the horizontal double-pixel textures in the fill. I'm guessing it's another desert tileset, because if it's a beach the colours are a bit too pale.

I'm guessing you were trying to make a dirt tileset, as that's what it looks like. I fucking love the hills you made and the fill tile is also good, albeit quite simple. I do have one question though, what is the walkable part supposed to be? If it's also dirt you might want to make it transition into the fill tile a bit more smoothly, if it is made to look like rocks you should make them a different colour and possible change up the texture. If it is dead grass the texture is way off and you should completely redraw it (you can look at regular grass tilests for examples). Anyways, good tileset.

this is an improvement, but there's a lot of banding in it.

Now, now. Before throwing out buzzwords, let's at least address the elephant in the room:

This stripe doesn't look good and makes the fill loop painfully obvious.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by banding.

Ah that's probably the thing that's been bugging me. Thanks for pointing it out, I'll fix it soon.
