Additional notes: Can you hand-draw this to 16 bits? There are already many NSMBU grass tilesets, but I'm requesting for a perfect 16-bit one. Make it colorful like in the spritesheet. Oh, and make secret passage tiles for it? Thanks.

This tileset has already been done many times in 16-bit form I think.Check the ncgfx pack for it(In the NSMBU section of course)

I already know what your talking about,I saw them all in the ncgfx pack.So theres not need to find them for me.Plus Bloodelf/Zant did this request for me months ago.
