That is strange. For me they work :-/.

The links take you to Maps-->Gameboy-->Super Marioland 2-->Macro Zone-->Area 2/Area 4 of the "Mario Universe"-site.

So in your project, there are now:
3 levels from Tree Zone;
2 levels from Macro Zone;
1 level from Pumpkin Zone;
1 level from Turtle Zone;
1 level from Mario Castle Zone of Super Mario Land 2.

I assume that these two last SML2-inspired levels will be like: 1 level from Space Zone and 1 level from Mario Zone (since these zones are the only ones that are left)?

Despite it's name it is not located in the giant world. It is to be accsessed through a transition pipe that has a secret exit. The level itself is inspired by the boss level from the Macro (Micro) Zone of SML2.
It was sure lots of fun to design that level ^^.
PROX wrote:oh it's not lol I played through the demo and the level designs were very creative although there were a few that were confusing, but other than that, it was awesome!
Thank you. Yes, about that "although there were a few that were confusing" I still need to see what I can do about that, but I already changed many details in some levels, so it should be not an issue anymore, in the future :-).
MECHDRAGON777 wrote:Looks nice, but I may try to redo the demo today!
This would be cool. Thanks a lot :-D.
Superiorstar wrote:Wow, world 5 is very long :shock:
Is there ever going to be a world 6? also I have some ideas to share.
World 6 mini boss - Giant Reznor, boom boom does lose his coolness after awhile.
5 - b could be a stomach level (maybe the stomach of one of those girls from the random levels because vore is cool) due to the giant-ness of this world, wouldn't that be cool?
I hope you think about it, especially the stomach level.
Thanks for the suggestions.
To be honest, world 5 isn' as long as it looks. It seems long, but this is just because I made many hidden levels or levels that were planned for the other already existing worlds. In reality world 5 has 9 levels in total (I do not tell about an hidden content there :-P).
For your suggestions, I don't like to have a giant Reznor in my episode. Dumb Dum (Boom Boom) is way more fitting for the character I gave him, while Reznor is more like a wild dinosaur who could barely talk at all.
And about that stomach level, just let's see how I lay out aditional plans for hidden levels ;-). But whenever I do or do not have a level like this, it sure will not be inside a Bishoujo xD.
MECHDRAGON777 wrote:I prefer if you do not do a gastrointestinal level, unless you want me to throw up on cammra!
For now it is not planned, but even when, I will probably make it not as disgusting as it could be. Stuff like that dosn't belongs or fit into a Mario-game (even though I know some people think different of that point xD).
Looks good and thanks!

About the space tower, I would love to play that!

And about the video, did not do the video yesterday as I promise to do LFFTMK in it's entieety!

I forgoy, when is ice world?

I don't think those are his forbidden graphics, only graphics that Sednaiur has sent me have been added, which did include some backgrounds, blocks etc.

Wow, your work goes very well as I see right here. I do like the books you made inside the screenshots. Also, what Kind of object is that at the 3rd Screen inside the '?' Block that is hard to reach? Is that a Money Bag from SML2 or something? Even then, very good work by that. Looking Forward for the future updates and Contents.

Tuesday and Wednesday is something I am completly unable to do co-commentary with you because the time itself would be very unnatural to do. It would of been very late because I have to be prepared for the next day... obviously. Only Weekends it works for the best. Also, if you do co-comment with as303298, hopefully you can deal with his speech... and you know why I said this right away.

You listed more facts than I even knew of, but you are right. But I only did two levels from the tree zone, since the "Giant Wasphive"-level from world 4 in my project is more like DKC2-styled than SML2 :-P.
Also a fact I can tell, is that all the SML2 levels are located in the first four worlds. None of them will be in later worlds, exept one of them.
But you are absolutely right about the two last remaining levels. That was a nice guess ^^.
PROX wrote:one of the levels that was super confusing for me was the desert ruins level.
I understand. I also think that I need to update that level a bit more. Most of the hieroglyph switches were hidden too well, I guess. They didn't have any indication most of the time, but I take care of that.
witchking666 wrote:How many secret worlds are there going to be
I will never tell anyone about the exact number, since that would be boring for me to do, but do not worry about the hidden content. There is quite some stuff in the world of Lowser's Conquest to be discovered.
I also now hav a rough number of total levels, that will be in the finished project. Until now there are 62 full levels finished (only counting true levels, no toad houses, transition pipes, etc.) and there will be about 55 more levels, maybe some more, maybe some less. But almost every level has it's planned theme inside it's world.
andialifbatara wrote:OMG the library level is amazing.....

Thank you very much ^^. The level was very fun to do, too.
About the level backgrounds, thanks for telling me, but about that, it is okay since I once had released a GFX-pack where most of my redone SMB1, SMB2, SMB3, and SMW-backgrounds were inside.
But it got deleted by the forum deletion at the beginning of last year (2014). I still need to upload the pack again, but before I can do, I need to reorder and repack everything, which will take a bit of time.
I only dislike backgrounds being used, that are more or less redesigned or fully custom made for my project, like the underwater-background in level 2-3, for example.

No problem. After all it is your decision to do a video :-).
To have it with a co-commentator would be nice too.
I watched your video with Bosseditor as co-commentator, for the episode "Mario Prime" and it was very entertaining.
And about the space tower, you may like it, when it is done ;-P.

Thanks a lot ^^. I thought it would be nice to have different colored books, instead of just one color. And the item you saw is indeed a SML2 money bag that replaces the Z2 red rupee. I thought it would be nice to have them too in the SML2 styled levels.
I try my best for future levels too. Thank you.

On another note: I try to post screens of the next level today, but I cannot promise that, as I still need to build some sections for it.

After some hours of "sectionating" I got the next level done:

It's thene is about mirages. No matter if doors, floors, walls, or other stuff - everything could be an illusion that vanishes as you get close :-P.
Unfortunately not a mirage is a nasty bug in SMBX that involes layers and generators on them (axes on a generator keep being generated while being not even in the same section, which causes bugs with events), so I needed to simplify the illusions. I had planned to let them respawn, but due to a bug I had to scrap that entirely :-(.
I also came finally to redo the boos, so they are not just cheap SMW-recolors anymore. For that I burrowed the shading-style of the "Big Boo" from the original SMW, which had some sort of nice look, in my opinion.

Why is one door square and the others are round? If you want all round doors, put a round door on the default layer, put a door with effect on hidden layer at the same place as round door. It will still show the door effect even though the square door is hidden, and it will look like the round door has an effect.

Thank you for your suggestion, but all the doors are fully square. It's just that PGE threats them as they look, no matter if I put a mask for them, or not. Seems to be a bug in PGE.

Thanks :-D.
This ghost house is not about finding one random out of many doors, but just take a close look to your surroundings, as illusions are a bit different in their look (color-wise), so you can beat the level without trial and error, unlike most ghost houses wants you to.
