Not with that cheat code alone. All it does it let you save after using cheats. In the case of world map episodes you need to use imtiredofallthiswalking to unlock all the paths, then use the aforementioned redigitiscool cheat. Hub episodes are immune to this kind of breaking because you need to actually play the levels to get the stars.

Nothing is more fun than playing with cheats after you finish a game, or in this case, episode.

You forgot the cheat "Redigit is Cool". This cheat lets you save after cheating.

At the time, the cheat code was censored because people made a huge deal out of it back when we originally decided to not have it in official cheat lists. Redigit kept it somewhat secret by not including it in cheat code lists so the community did the same thing, and then people were like "LOL REDIGITISCOOL" (you get the point) so it was censored and replaced with "Alt+F4".
