So, basically more non Megaman bosses? That's easily doable, though, I don't think I have much in the way of Bosses at the moment that I can really make. Generally speaking I really only have tileset/NPC rips at the moment to do, but I'll probably find more Bosses and custom Bosses to make.

Pok-E-Mon! Pok-E-Mon! Pok-E-Mon! Pok-E-Mon! Pok-E-Mon!
Seriously. Pokémon.

Here comes the "shun" but, although I'm not really a Pokemon fan (#YuGiOh), I could see this working I suppose. I know Mudkip made some Pokemon related Bosses and stuff back in the day and they were somewhat popular in terms of usage. I'll consider it, though I probably won't get to it anytime soon, since I have a decent sized backlog of stuff to rip.

Yep, I made a few Pokemon bosses with their Mystery Dungeon graphics, too. Those days were awesome, because Mudkip and I were collaborating together to make more Pokemon graphics. Just goooootta finish this castle level and then I'll be able to focus on releasing them for you guys!
...Keep in mind I made them 2-3 years ago though so they might animate in a derpy way, IDK. I never did 1x1 pixels though so don't worry; they look fine.

I've actually used some graphics from that pack in my game, though the selection is somewhat limited for my purposes.

Will there be a GFX pack 1.8 coming out?

Yes, in fact, I'm working quite steadily through it as we speak. I've never really taken a break from making graphics or adding anything to my pack, so I suppose you can assume that as long as I'm around, updates will will happen sooner or later. If say, for example, I released an update tomorrow (which I won't be), within 24 hours of it being released, I'll have started working on the next update. In any case, I do try to have an Easter release, but with what I have planned, it'll probably be a mid-year release around late April or sometime in May. But I will confirm right now that there will definitely be a v1.8 release.

You should take a break after the 1.8 update, just play SMBX episodes or be in IRC.

Well Squishy has been a massive help to SDG's graphic replacements. I imagine once 1.8 comes out, I'll allow access to a fair amount of the graphics before SDG comes out.

He's online on irc about every day for a few hours. Besides, if he wants to continue, I don't see how he shouldn't continue, because I definitely wanna see this pack getting worked on further.

How exactly do you want to work that? I can always package them up once I'm done for you and you can choose what you want to release, if it will save you time that is.

I know if I said I would take a break it probably wouldn't happen. Making graphics sort of become like a stress relief, some people do gardening or painting, this I suppose is my way of unwinding. I still have plenty to do as well, rips. ports, hand-drawns, you name it, I have it. Once I wrap up the SDG sprites for as303298 I'll be going to do a little bit of stuff from Yoshi's Story and finish off my own ripping project of Monster In My Pocket.
I do have plenty of new stuff already done and I can't wait to show it to you guys. This one will be a pretty big update once I release it as I've been remastered some of my older graphics too and there's currently 103 different Game folders to choose from, each with tons of stuff to use. I want this update to be pretty special as it is leading up to its 5th anniversary as well!

Well I havent entirely decided what I'll let lose for now. The tiny Dry Guys and that Bone Door are acceptable to release for now. The big important ones arent to be released yet.

That's fine, I'll let you know when I'm about to let loose the next update, at least that way you'll have time to properly decide.

You mean like that?
Anyway, I used the giant megaman robot turtle thing as a sort of decoration in Crazy Maze Cave's castle, and it's very fitting with the sort of theme. Unfortunately, I accidentally saved over the 10th level of King Boo's mansion in the Ztar world, so there's that. Fortunately though, I was able to find a backup file of that level, so everything's fine. I'll probably be using a lot of other sprites from this thing, and I've already gotten quite a few ideas. I also used one of the Mario Kart things in there, and the colored background thingy didn't really bother me.

How do you use the regular spine coaster replacing the SMB3 wood platform? If I place three normal tiles and the head on a platform path BGO, only one of them moves when I jump on it. I tried things with layers and attaching them together, but nothing worked.

Set every platforms to on and put the start position on the platforms.
Or make so a switch changes the line of the platforms and lets them go instead of being stuck somewhere.
