Wait were you one of the level judges for his contest? Apologies if I don't remember 2019 has been a very eventful year.

Yeah I was one, we always awaited for your level but you never submitted

Yeah I couldn't make it due to the fact I was prepping for a move across my state, I can assure you the level is being worked on, albeit still in early stages due to the aforementioned move and me getting caught up in SMB:R. Here is a GIF of it. It's inspired by Sunset Shores in DKCR.

Looks really interesting indeed. It probs would have been one of my favorites if you managed to finish it

Oh you'll still get to play it in Super Mario Nova 0. Since it couldn't be finished in time for the contest. Also I'll upload a more personalized version with different player sprites and a custom HUD separately on the forums.

It is today I decide to make my presence in the SMBX community known. Being hidden away for the last few years, experimenting with the editor and sprites, I thought that maybe some people may actually be interested in my work...

I intend to put the toppings on this pizza of a forum (get me pun, eh? ) by over time publishing my created levels, episodes, graphics and LunaDLL code (and I will happily respond to any requests), so stay tuned for anything that pops up by me on the forums in the near future. :!:

Planned episodes:
- Modern Super Mario Bros. (just a remake of the original game with new features...)
- The Haunt (the world has been taken over by ghostly spirits)
- Save Yoshi's Island (Mario needs to rescue the Yoshis from Bowser!)

Planned Graphic Packs:
- Super Mario Land GFX (bringing the SML graphics to SMBX, retro and recoloured)
- Super Mario Bros. GFX (bringing the original graphics to SMBX)
- LordPepperoni's Graphic Pack (for whatever I make custom)

Thank you for reading my totally irrelevant post! :D

I'm back lol

I was quite inactive for a while. 9th year started pretty tough. I have gained interest in other stuff and lost some in SMBX. But I'm already in Christmas vacation and I feel as comfortable as in the beginning of this year now (remember I was pretty active). I'm in less discord servers now, but I'll be active in the forums as before.

My charger also gave up so I couldn't use my computer, but I fixed it myself lol. I'm now working on Rosalina's Satellite again (it will be a lot smaller than I planned though), it might be up like in February next year.

Welcome back Scroll! Here's what I was up to during your absence:

I finished my custom SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis style playable characters of Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, and Link yesterday

About time I finally make myself visible in here.

Have been following the SMBX2 project for years. I recently got into SMBX2 again after seeing real progress. I also know Lua scripting.

Hello there I am just an 18-year old, stupid boy from India (yes, India. I don't think this forum has any users from India), who fell in love with SMBX at first sight on YouTube.
Why am I here?
Just wanted to know the guys behind a smashing game.
My Short Intro:
YouTuber (Mario Forever and Super Mario Bros X)
Basically I make videos on endings of SMBX episodes (Final Boss Fights)
My Channel: AnStar
Channel Link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3q7wx ... BtbN4Gf3kg
I am also an aspiring doctor (NEET Aspirant).
Well, lastly I can't make SMBX Worlds, but I will definitely try out all of your games.
Thanks for reading this!!!

Hi! Hello. Howdy!

I've known about this place for ages, but finally decided to register and join in the fun. About me: I'm one of those programmer-modder types who enjoys making things for games, and SMBX is right up that alley.

"Why are you here?"
Mostly I signed up because I'm currently working on a special project for the SMBX community, which I hope to show you all soon, once it's more polished.

"How you got into SMBX":
I stumbled upon it after previously discovering some old Super Mario World hacks. It was so impressive, it inspired me to start making content myself.

"Where your username comes from":
Figured I ought to pick a Mario-themed name, and this one seemed silly enough.

I guess my story of my username is the same as yours.... But welcome anyways. ^^"
