I am trying to get as much content on my parts on these Levels so that is why it is taking a lot of parts to even get further on on my Playthrough. I am trying to keep my parts on near 20 Minutes but it can be (much) longer for example my first part because that is like 50 Minutes long for the whole first Tier.

Yes and no. Sometimes I do this since for me it makes me while playing Games more fun. Other times it might be Accidently.

I remember you playing a cheep cheep flying bridge level and the sound effects in the whole video totally matches every SINGLE note in the song used for that level. I bet THAT was intentional, right?
