Fun Fact, I never played 7-4 in SMB1, only SMB2.

Was your other level rejected? I guess because you combined multiple levels...

I think you're not supposed to include a flagpole unless you have the API. If your level has a warp zone, ask Aristo for what to do.
I'm not gonna include the flagpole in my level, as I don't have the API.
