Would I have to pick a trainer class and a full on team or can I just say I'm that one kid with the Snorlax and not be picky.

I would be an Ace Trainer and my Pokemon would be:

Lvl. 81 Medicham (w/ all the elemental punches)
Lvl. 79 Gardevoir
Lvl. 80 Swampert
Lvl. 78 Hydreigon
Lvl. 83 Aggron (w/ Aggronite)
Lvl. 78 Vileplume

Before battle: You shall not pass!
Player's Victory: Nooooooo!
After battle: You may now pass.

For a Water Gym Trainer, even then, I think your levels would be a little high, would ya think? (Typically, Elite Four have Pokémon in the high 50s to low 60s and the Champion to high 60s.) You are practically asking to be a random encounter with a team with higher levels than a champion in the official games.

Using Shino's Champion as a reference, You can see your team's levels out play her rematch team!

This is not a team for myself, but anyone who wants to be in this and loves flying types.

WEll, it is not my team. I am known for fully flying type teams, but still. They call the class "Bird Keeper" for a reason. I love Sky Battles. Anyway, if I had to have a class, I would say "Sky Trainer Kōri" or "Bird Keeper Kōri" or "PKMN Trainer Kōri". I never gave a team for myself or battle lines yet though, hehe. (I am still thinking of that stuff).

The problem of having all flying types is, depending on which Pokemon you choose (except Tornadus), you can pretty much have almost any choice of having seven types in total (thou Hawlucha is a gen 6 Pokemon so it's not every type).

Yeah that's alright also to only pick one Poke. You only need to tell us which trainer type you want to be.. idk if you already told though.

Dunno if I'm an active enough member over here to qualify, but no harm in asking, I guess?

Location: Wherever you've got a spot open in the game
Class: Super Nerd, Scientist, Engineer, Rocker or Pokemaniac, whichever works best for the location.
Team: Porygon (feel free to leave out if need be), Pineco (since it's a Bug type that can learn Self-Destruct) and one or two others that follow the Bug typing and/or the Self-Destruct gimmick.

Encounter: "Ha-ha, my victory is assured with THIS! Behold my Techbox!"
Player wins: "Oh, no! The Sinnoh-matics broke again!"
Post-battle: "I need to make some changes to this device. Maybe I'll start with scrapping the greedy parser..."

And if applicable:
Rematch: "Ready for the new and improved Techbox V2?"
Rematch team: Porygon 2 (or Porygon if it wasn't in the first battle), every other 'mon is a Self-Destruct Pineco
Rematch loss: "I guess this thing still needed more testing..."

Why haven't I done this yet? This is the text I want to use for battle.

Before the battle: "True trainers need power, wisdom and courage to succeed. Have you got them? Let me test you!"
Player victory: "I guess I lack some of these attributes. Oh well, I guess I need to train more."
After the battle: "You must be skilled to get this far. Go forth and challenge all that you face!"

as Marina said, most of the super strong trainers have been filled out already and he's free to edit any of your teams, too.
