Put the graphics in the folder, name the folder identically to the lvlx file, and you should be good to go

Ah ok now I get it.
Had to look at one of the pre-made worlds/games and see how it's done, cause I was really confused.

yeah, it's not always clear at first, but it's a very simple process once you get the hang of it.

yeah, I did make quite a bit, though most of them are remakes of old stuff.

I looked at the New Cave tilesets (update 9) and found a few problems, specifically the corner blocks. For blocks 94 and 102, the block color doesn't match or doesn't transition well between blue and purple. For blocks 96 and 100, the inner part where the darker side (stones or something) is embedded in the terrain doesn't connect the floor to the wall. Last but not least, the four blocks lack a corner pixel indicated as the outline between the floor and the wall. It was a simple fix at their respective corners.

I understand it was a bit weird to point those out now that the whole pack was released for a long time. I suppose it only annoys me when I was using that particular tileset. I think you can also see some problems in your screenshot.

FYI PROX has been banned for some time so this pack will not be updated or fixed.

How come tiles.tileset.ini doesent have anything in it?

Hate to break this to you, but if you're still gonna use the graphics, I can't guarantee that this is going to be updated any time soon to fix problems like that, so you'd have to assemble a working tileset.ini in the Moondust Editor, on your own this time.

It was designed to be an old fashioned layer and event boss. Back when SMBX was a lot more limited than it is now.
