And when the SMBX dev team trolls us with a false The Invasion 3 (even though in the folder it still reads as The Invasion 2) with a few edits, consisting of (but not limited to) replacing every single sound effect with Link's derp scream and making you HAVE to play as Link. claps

It was never meant to be TI3. It was a just a joke to demonstrate sounds.ini. That's why it's The Invasion 2.999999 which wasn't in the prerelease and I highly doubt it will be in Beta 3

Why?
What's the advantage of only allowing people who were online at a specific time to download it?
I agree.

It really wasn't finished (some of the devs thought it was a mistake to even do a prerelease) so they didn't want it widely distributed, just wanted to prove that progress was still happening. Beta 3 is coming really soon though

I know it is exciting, but patience is key (I have said this a million times before not really).

Hello together!
I'm a huge fan of SMBX and i'm glad to hear of a new version with brandnew and awesome things!!
The editor is awesome and really useful! BUT i don't find any of the new things, like the star that makes Mario invulnerable, or the megamushroom! I also wondered, that the smbx version, that only plays in the editor, looks so more advanced than the normal version, (fade out effects, messages).
Keep up the good work ;D

SMBX 2.0 is still in beta. Beta 3 will be released soon, however. Also, welcome to the forums.

That's an incomplete PGE smbx version thing that you don't want to use to test levels. Unless you have beta 3 prerelease for now you just want to test in legacy editor.
Also the starman is stupid in the old beta don't bother with it, and also there's no megashroom.

Yeah. 1.4 is not supported here. Although it has so more elements, 2.0 will have more power-ups, etc. too when certain issues are dealt with. 1.4 is built from scratch so it doesn't have those issues

Hello and thanks. I think the editor is really nice too. Especially the way it allows zooming out and working on large areas at the time.
Also those effects are fun to play around with too.
Also I've made a lot of changes this week I think. People keep finding stuff to do during the streams.

That is very cool. However I don't like the way this boss makes a bit of derision to me. What I did wrong? I was just uploading someone else content and I've been super careful to don't offend lunalua or its community and never said nothing against it. All the fault of this was a comment I got and now I'm being hated for no reason. If the comment if the problem guys let me delete it.
Done.
Now I can please have peace? I really don't want problems with anyone.
