What if our level has LunaDLL codes, but their changes are purely superficial (adds an extra sound effect, etc.)? We get to use LunaDLL, and those who can't get it to work aren't left out, as the level would basically still be the exact same without it.

I don't see why you'd do that but that's fine I guess. I mean, the judges won't be using LunaDLL when they play the levels. So go ahead, as long the scripts don't increase the file size out of proportions or something.

As if txt files would make the level file much larger. And I'm curious, how do you know that the judges won't be using LunaDLL? Are you God?

Anyway, count me in I have a level that I just have to put some quick finishing touches on. It's absolute shit, but for the past year I've said that I've at least wanted to enter one of these contests

Teirs help organize the judging process. The reviews will be released by tier starting around 5 or 6 the worst being held there. Also, TOB 8 will host the levels by tier.

Tiers are basically how the levels are divided up. Tier 1 consists of the worst levels, Tier 2 consists of bad levels, and it just keeps going up until you reach the best.
