Even when some people say that one can per day is tolerable, it still already breaks your recommended daily consume of added sugar. I'd recommend to look for non-drink sources of adrenaline lol ...
Or not even anything that gives adrenaline, what's the point in that?

water is honestly a great beverage for waking up
from my experience anyways
I was never too keen on coffee nor energy drinks
anyways I like chicken and I have somewhat of an obsession with garlic and cheese
honeydew is some awesome stuff though, as is watermelon
