Can we all go back to waiting for Horikawa to get out of hospital and dev updates? Cause that's what this thread is for.
You're absolutely right!migueeel wrote:Can we all go back to waiting for Horikawa to get out of hospital and dev updates? Cause that's what this thread is for.
Nothing is happening with SMBX 2.0. How is Horikawa doing?Tinkerbell wrote:Uhm... what is that supposed to mean?

I don't await people. I have many forums to post in, it's just that I want to see more of SMBX 2.0. We've waited for this so long.Tinkerbell wrote:Well, you can't just await people to talk here the whole day you gotta be patience in life. And Horikawa is doing fine she even replied about it 2 pages ago.
Levels? I'm working hard on my episode, but sometimes I take a break and make posts in this forum or other places in the Internet. So, yeah, I've used the time productively by working on my episode in 3 days now.Willhart wrote:You can always use the time productively by making levels and or videos. I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to say, but Rome wasn't built in 3 days. It must have taken at least 4 days or more.NinGamer wrote:Levels? And you can wait longer for it. You should really spend time outside the internet also instead of staying there the day and reply to posts on different forums.NinGamer wrote: I don't await people. Where specifically?Shadowblitz16 wrote:Joey can you clean up the files/folders? there seems to be a lot of duplicated stuff. and its hard to navigate.
You mean SMBX\graphics and SMBX\PGE\configs\whateverconfig?Shadowblitz16 wrote:just lay everything out in a hierarchy that doesn't use the same files twice
for example config files and graphics there seems to be alot of duplicates
I can't find the setting files your talking about.Enjl wrote:You mean SMBX\graphics and SMBX\PGE\configs\whateverconfig?Shadowblitz16 wrote:just lay everything out in a hierarchy that doesn't use the same files twice

One of these directories is the graphics set used by the engine, the other is the set used by the editor. In the settings for the config in PGE I THINK you can re-route that specific config pack to get their graphics from SMBX\graphics.
From my understanding, the SMBX\graphics folder can't be made obsolete, but re-routing PGE altogether removes the benefit of personalised configs which don't mess with the graphics in-game.
