So the quota will not be adjusted anymore, right?

Anyways, could somebody post and sticky a topic regarding the quota? That could help the future members in the community asking about the topic.

I second this proposition.

Well for one, you would need a Global Announcement instead of a sticky since this doesn't effect just one forum. Second, there doesn't need to be one because an admin could just turn off attachments so that nobody new would even know of it in order to ask about it.

Then sticky it in all forums. Then one who do global announcements could do the work.
Second, there doesn't need to be one because an admin could just turn off attachments so that nobody new would even know of it in order to ask about it.
Then, how about the current users? It still needs an announcement.

Great idea! Sadly enough, it'll prove pointless since no new users read rules or announcements anyways.

Yes, many users didn't read rules so they ended up on breaking the rules without noticing.

We could try to fix this problem ourselves e.g. by showing off the rules right when you register. Right now, the only notice before registering is "do not post any kind of abusive material".
Our forum rules are also written quite sparsely - just four paragraphs covering "be respectful", "follow posting habits", "no mature content", "don't backseat moderate and don't rereg". Okay, there's a longer line about "don't double-post", yet I often see new users making double-posts because they don't know yet that the Edit button is a thing. There's no detailed elaboration on what backseat moderation is precisely (or when it's okay or not, in terms of interpretation). Explanations about e.g. bumping, postcounting and "what are spambots" are almost completely missing. Also, the contents of
this thread could be merged into the official rules.

Yes, I strongly agree to this. It is a sad truth.

Hey, sorry about the downtime. It's the same problem we usually have. I added a line to my daily backup script to delete the log that keeps getting so huge. This should make it so that I don't have to keep doing it manually.

SMBX websites STUPID FILTER!

I could have chose a better catagorie. but...
anyway I hate the stupid smbx website filter!
I need to find a small Luigi sprite with a mask because the current one I have does not have a mask
but when I try to search it on the smbx website it blocks it saying "you're search contains too common words" THATS JUST
BAD DESIGN!!!

But why!? Why block a
common word? ITS HARD NOT TO USE
COMMON WORDS! do they want variety in searches? well no ones going to see them so...
WHATS THE POINT!!

Is that the reason I get 502 Bad Gateway for many times?

When I make a post it goes to a blank page and it doesn't return to the thread like normal. For normal replies that is, not quick reply.
