Well we are losing townies... what do we do now, it is daytime and we still have no clues to who might be mafia.

That might actually be hard to do because there aren't a lot of suspicious people in this thread. The Mafia has been pretty quiet, but I have an idea, although looking back on it might not be true.

FallingSnow could have been the Morpher, and the VL could have targeted him, though since FallingSnow only made a single post before he died, the chances of that happening are quite slim, so it's more likely the Mafia killed him and he was a townie. This whole Morpher business could really screw us over, but it could only happen once.

This is one thing he said so it could not have been that, so he was killed by the mafia, i.e. he was just a townie.

Well, no one is really doing anything here so no lynches, and most of the people are inactive, so in turn no lynching vote, then what to do...

Yeah, it will not be easy to take down the mob if the game's days keep goin' by like this. We need to vote for a user to kill on the next day.

Can Nien make it required to vote for someone to lynch? That would solve most of the problems here. It should also work both ways; the Mafia MUST submit a kill vote for the Night to end.

Uh, but it's literally the rules that kills aren't mandatory... if you don't like the rules then why did you apply for the game?

I actually think this is interesting. I honestly hate when the games are so fast paced that you can hardly keep up. I actually enjoy trying to figure out who the mafia members are when you have hardly any evidence.

Actually, why are you even so keen on HAVING to kill someone, hmMmmmMM?!?!?

As A Game Master:
The issue with making this mandatory is inactivity.
For the town, all it takes is for one person to vote for a lynch to be made. If there are no counter-votes, then that single vote decides it.
As far as the mafia, killing is optional in most games. If it benefits them more to not kill someone, they don't have to.

Some problems with your statements:
1. Never said I didn't like the rules, I was only making a suggestion.
2. How are the games fast paced when the length of each phase is, oh I don't know, HOURS long? You must have a REALLY busy schedule to think that hourse worth of time is a small amount.
3. How do you try to figure out who the Mafia is without any evidence? That doesn't make a god damn bit of sense.
4. Specifically referring to the second quote, why are you so keen on starting a blame game? It was a game suggestion brah.

I see the issue there, but if people are going to be THIS inactive, why even bother signing up to play? What's the point?
Also, I'd say that if only one person voted period then the players deserve to have that one vote count and kill someone. It's their fault for not at least taking 5 seconds of their time to make a counter vote. Again, why sign up to play if you don't play?
Maybe if the Mafia as a whole collects enough phantoms they will be required to make a kill vote?

Yes, one vote will decide a kill. If you are the only one that votes, you decide who dies.
I've spoken with Nien, and the mafia are not inactive as a whole. They just didn't choose to kill someone night one.
Nien will handle inactivity as he sees fit. He does have at least one sub iirc.

Good to know Nien isn't the lazy ass host I thought he was.
Good to know Nien has things under control. Back to the game:
Considering the overall lack of...death, if you will, in this game, do you guys think the blues have been doing their jobs? What information would be vital to this town's success that they've found, if anything?

There's 3 mafia out of 20 players. It's not that easy for several blues to stumble upon them. I actually forgot to mention I was visited by the penguin last night.

Some issues with your statements:
2. Fast-paced meaning there is a kill every phase (lynch and Mafia, not counting Vigilante or any third-party kills). There haven't been many lynch kills yet, which makes it slow-paced. It has nothing to do with the actual lengths of the phases, it has to do with the actual length of the game.
3. The suspicion in peoples' posts might contribute, or if somebody decides to pull out a random lynch for no reason.
4. It seems more like a complaint than a game suggestion, and nobody is playing the blame game, unless they are and you'd like to prove that to me.

Well, damn, we lost another Townie.

At this point I'm perfectly fine with a random lynch because we have no leads whatsoever and through our luck we might vote off a Mafia, but I don't think it would be worth the risk of losing another possible Townie.

Anybody got any suggestions?
