Haven't watched the video, but that sounds crazy.
Anyway, a couple months ago, i beat Red in Soulsilver, and he honestly was nowhere near as hard as people made him out to be.
Also, in Platnium, is it weird that i didn't find Cynthia that hard?
Also, i'd like to ask a question, between these games:
Firered and Leafgreen
Diamond, Pearl, And Platinum
Heartgold and Soulsilver
Black and White
Black 2 and White 2
X and Y
Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire

Which ones did you pick?

Also, do you guys plan on buying Sun, Moon, Or Both? I'm thinking of buying Moon.
HeartGold and SoulSilver. Kanto and Johto, generation 4, and is just really good.

Should have been more clear on the question, i mean between the pair, or set, of each game, which game/games did you pick?

I'm planning on getting Moon - the box legendary is cooler and more original in my opinion, and the flipped day/night cycles will work better for me since I prefer in-game day but usually end up playing at night.

Since I usually play at day, and like the Moon legendary, yet love night, does that mean I have another reason to play moon if I get the chance?

Both, yet played Green
All three, yet played Pearl and Platinum
Soul Silver
Black
Neither
Y
Sapphire (Even though I played Emerald before)
I hope to get to play Moon.

I'm still thinking of getting either sun or moon tbh. I like Gold/Silver/Crystal

The XY&Z anime ended three days ago in Japan.

I fully recommend the XY and XY&Z series. It has a lovable cast of characters, fantastic animation and good pacing too. It's excellent.

It had a really, really good ending too ;3

I'm pretty excited! I've been staying away from reading the really detailed news as I usually do for new generations, so I'm excited to not know what's coming up, Pokémon and map-wise.

I was a more hp based kid back in 2012, mainly my favorite Pokemon besides Thyplosion was Blissey.
I never had interests the speed stat overall, I was always paying attention to other stats.
But after I saw the official stats of gen 7's mons, this might change the way I look at speed alot.
But considering I never looked at any main plot spoilers (even if I did, I'd forget by then), yeah I'm very excited for the new generation.

Oh jeez, is there even more power creep in speed this generation? That's a little annoying.

Quite the opposite; the average speed stat in this generation lies around 63, making this one of the slowest generations.

Oh, that's awesome! Of course, it doesn't reverse the speed creep from the last few generations but at least some of the new Pokémon will surely be good so it's something.

I'm so hype for Sun & Moon! Only if it has a feature where you can transfer Pokemon from the digital copies of Red/Blue/Yellow to your Sun & Moon game. :|

Yeah, so you can pretty much do the mew glitch in the Gen 1 games and get a free mew in Sun & Moon! Sounds cool to me!

I'm like, hyped at this moment!
The Friday I've been waiting for is almost here, and I'm already thinking of catching legendaries in pokeballs again.
No seriously, since XY I've always enjoyed catching legendaries in regular pokeballs.
Those times go back when it took me hours to catch Zygarde in a pokeball, and a lucky shot on Mewtwo.
Has anyone else ever caught a legendary in a Pokeball, it could've been in any game really.

The sad thing is, I have to wait until Wednesday until I can get them. All I can do is try my best to avoid spoilers so I can enjoy the games when they come out. As for your question, no, I still haven't attempted to catch a legendary in a Pokeball.

That's actually lucky for you because i'll have to wait who knows how long to even get a 3DS.

How come you don't have one yet? You're missing out on two Pokemon generations.
