I've noticed Valtteri hasn't been online since April 4th, and he hasn't posted anything since March 20th. What's he up to?

Yeah, Valtteri is still here and he's on Discord fairly frequently. He hasn't gone anywhere.

I've heard he got banned, but I don't think anybody could possibly be banned for two years and still not be unbanned.
