On a similar note, the fact that the drinking age is being reduced to 18 really ticks me off! Alcoholic drinks are A MENACE TO SOCIETY! SO ARE CIGARS AND CIGARETTES!

Drinking age is 16 in Germany. Some countries are even in the 10-15 range. China doesn't have any lower limit.
