Mature was probably the wrong word to use, but I just feel like it's not appropiate. I dunno, but I feel like there are things you just shouldn't use as your avatar. On a German forum this'd definitely be worth at least a warning.

I was just reading yesterday about how Nazis sometimes just led prisoners into burning pits to off them. If you don't have qualms with putting someone in that group as your avatar then that's just wrong.

Yes, it does make them different? Nazis strongly cut into the rights of everyone and were extremely cruel. Bronies and Homosexuals didn't do anything, so I can't see at all where you're getting with this. Also, I don't see how you even can bash Nazis. It's not even like religious terrorism where the religion doesn't have to do anything with it, but the sole premise of Nazism is that they are better then all other people and these "under humen" have to be eliminated. I can't even grasp your ignorance if you try to compare homosexuals and bronies with these people. Nazism is nothing to make jokes about, seeing as millions of people lost their lives to them. And yes, it has a place, but just using the logos of this party on the internet is just... I don't even know where to begin. So much fear and sadness has been brought by the Nazis, I just can't comprehend how he can just use it as an avatar.

And I never said an avatar is gonna start a Nazi urprising, but I really feel it's a little offensive to use an avatar so closely associated with something like Nazis.

The only real problem I have with this community is the fact that you are so uncommunicative with users, Joey; while I understand that you may be too impatient to sit here and reply to every single post in this thread, that doesn't justify, at the very least, replying to a selective few (the majority of 8bit's posts, for instance). But it's not just with this thread. It's with a majority of the threads in the Sandbox where so-and-so asks you a question (see: Homosexuality thread) and you never reply, nor acknowledge that it ever existed. If you're going to say "No, I never saw them", than that means you need to be more active in terms of looking through threads. (Not trying to downright tell you how to do your job, though.)

Also, as 8bit said, this place needs to have a more active staff team. My suggestion is demote Valtteri until he gets back from military and replace him with someone else you trust, demote m3m3br0s until he proves that he can be more active, and just demote Kley altogether.

On my phone so this'll be short, but I had to respond to "demoting Valtteri until he gets back" in order to acknowledge how pointless that is. We know where he is, when he's coming back, and that he has no intention of leaving his position.

We have bigger things to worry about than staff inactivity, too, and everybody seems to be way too concerned with it. I'll elaborate more later.

Haven't been much active here recently so I'm not sure if the staff is even "inactive", but staff inactivity seems like a pretty big issue to me. If there are issues with higher priority being taken care of it's understandable though, and we can't really see how inactive they are on staff discussions. Some staff members might just do a lot more work where we can't see it.

But I am still on at the time for at least 5 hours or more, could I take place of being a OP? - I will be very well have good time on it. Like I said I'm on it when there were no OP on it, I'm mainly the only one active at time, as in there no one to talk to. So is there a Form I need to fill out to see if I'm qualified?

No. That's just not going to happen. You have to be a trusted member enough to be staff on the IRC as well as here on the forum.

Yeah, I suppose you're right. Imature was the wrong word, and Nazism is probably one of the few things I really get offended by. I still don't support this avatar choice, but in the end, it doesn't matter all that much.

wasn't that why quill was demoted and why he was brought back

and it's more pointless to keep someone (who, like i said, only made useless posts to tell people to stop making useless posts, and stickied his own contest threads) in the administration position for 6 months.

IMO, he shouldn't even be repromoted when he gets back in the first place, unless he proves to do something more useful than what i mentioned before.

it's like if i got offended because someone has a picture of Gustavo Diaz Ordaz (president who literally sent soldiers to recklessly murder students (and some of their families) who were marching to try and get the government to move their armies out of the schools. And that shit happened in 1968

I'm still not aware of any tangible issues with having inactive staff.

The only problem I can think of is if somebody needs help and PMs a staff member who happens to not go on the forums as often. I think that's really unlikely, though.
