Put some actual effort in it or save the front page for people who tried.

This is a bad level because it was designed to be a bad level, not because the user's inexperienced. We can tell by the way the level was made and the way the user talks about it whether or not it's a "Joke" level. If you just made an honest try but it's nowhere near as good as the big levels, then that's different from just slinging together crap in a file and posting it here. In general, just so long as you're not consciously making a level bad in design, it's not a Joke level, and you'll be free to post it here.
Also, if some Levels are basically incredibly difficult (Kaizo difficulty), it should be not in a regular SMBX Episode since there are a lot of Members who is incapeable to Play a super unnecessarily difficult Level like that. Regular difficulty is fine but super difficulty (kaizo) that is just plain Memory and be perfect all the time needs to be seriously taking out of the regular SMBX Episode.
By the way, since I beat the game, I do like the SMBX Episode and it's Music choicements inside the Tower. Very good Job!
Hahaha, are you kidding me? A rule against them, really? Why do you guys hate humor so much
However, more important is the fact that you didn't actually read anything because all of this has already been addressed. The fact that kaizo are there (with the solution being "make the low tiers optional") and the fact that you guys hate joke levels (not all the levels in the lower tiers were joke levels, and you can't 100 percent confirm several of those levels to be jokes, AND there were still joke levels in the lower tiers of the Tower anyway!!!!)
So everything you've said contributes nothing, being blunt here. We've just... already been through all of that.
Important, though - you can't confirm levels as jokes. Do you have proof that, say, my level was a joke level? Memo? How do you know that single line messages aren't just my form of level design? What if I told you that it was an abstract level? A metaphor for a level? You can't quantify jokes objectively.

Because for a regular Mario Level would make no sense in any way. We need actual Contents, not Contents that are just there to bore the Player out of existence just for having a Level that makes no sense to the pray.

I did read everything. I just make it clear that a Kaizo Level is infact a horrible way to get over a desicion to belong in a regular Episode unless there is an exception to make the entire Game/Episode like that (See: The Kaizo Trials - Made by @Star). As for Joke Levels, there is a rule specified for that as I linked before on my previous post and that's final!

In General, These Levels aren't on the best Quality to see and Play through them... infact, it's the opposite which is obvious anyway.

That doesn't mean it's still not relative to the whole dicsussion of 2 Tiers being off the road like that. Normally it is obvious as of why they are not in the main SMBX Episode.

I saw your Level and your only purpose is to add or more specific allow LunaDLL and that's it. Well, for Starters, sure, that is your reason as of why you made that Level but even then it's low tiered anyway due to how others judged your level. If that is not where you want it to be at the end though, make a Level that is Quality based of what others People have fun by playing a Mario(/Zelda, etc.) Level.
Since everyone on the planet totally cares; I finally crawled form under the rock I was living under. Have some moving pictures: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHG6UJEyihk
Well I think you just need to consider level design more besides "joke" or "not joke". You can make a level with laughably bad elements that is still fun to play - for example, make the gameplay good but the presentation bad (but not eyesearing), or something like that. I had actually planned to submit more "allow lunadll" levels to future contests, except give more and more "legitimate" gameplay until they're just levels with a theme that you guys get mad at, and see where it ranks. Would it be penalized harshly for being a "joke level" and attacking the contest, with people not noticing how the gameplay has changed? I dunno! Guess I'll never find out. But people seemed to get really mad at Memo in their reviews, so I guess I accomplished something from fricking around in the editor for about a minute.
This is all irrelevant, though, because it doesn't address why the bottom tiers were removed. Why not remove all the tiers but the top? That way your level turnout will look really good!

Levels with serious gameplay are always fine here anyways, but if your GFX suck, you might get lower scores from the judges.

Might just be me...but Ludvig Von Dick seems to be the go-to boss enemy this contest...
Just want to let you know that there aren't actually 3 stars in my level, if you were wondering. One of the stars isn't supposed to be marked, there's only two, and you haven't found the secret star (and you probably wouldn't want to anyway).

Thank you for the complement in the begining! You really did get the secret star in my level, but you did not get e normal star... The normal star is goten by duck walk jumping up the cliff in the right...
My signiture reveals all three moon coins or how to get them any way!
