You mean tank, not tak MECHDRAGON777, I think npc 290 should be banned becase loads of people dont use it anyway.

I am sorry, but thats the dumbest reason to ban something. As for NPC-290, don't ban it. The item itself has a lot of practical uses, the problem lies in the fact people dont know how the hell to use it CORRECTLY.

There is another reason, people like bossedit8 know a invincibility glitch that you can do with npc 290.
