C'mon, stop being hardheaded and consider why have you been downrepped so much instead of criticizing the author of those downreps. Like Kep said, those downreps have been given to you for a reason. Read those reasons, try to think how to solve the problem you've got yourself into, and employ it. Whining won't make disappear those downreps or make the staff forbid KoolKat from being able to downrep someone. In fact, you're downrepped for these kind of unreasonable posts, I think you should realize by now how to not post here.

Also, I only downrepped you three times, and all three were valid downreps. And BTW I also contribute to the community with more than downreps. I uprep people if they aren't being stupid and they contribute something.

I think that KoolKat should be revoked of Downrep privelages. It seems all he does is Downrep people. Personally he's downrepped me 4 times.

I don't think only because he downrepped you 4 times (it's also a personal thing which can't affect the reputation system or the people who can use it) or because he just downrep people (it isn't true, also this reason too doesn't affect the reputation system or the people who can use it) is a good reason for revoking the downrep/uprep privilegies. You are revoked from the privilegies of changing other's reputation when you have negative reputation and in most of the cases, those who have it have a bad judgement too.

Unless you get it back up. :/ I mean I had -1 my first downrep some time ago and I didn't feel like downrepping the person who downrepped me.
Also the useless post downrep was a useless downrep.

yeah that really pisses me off that staff can uprep users saying "yes" when apparently i almost got warned for calling 8bitmushroom "helpful as bob the builder" when i was being perfectly true about that because he is a damn helpful fellow.

There is a rule that explicitly states that dead people are not allowed to share information. I've reported this post, but stop acting like you're such a big deal. You played badly enough to get lynched day 1, stop acting like a pro.

I gave this downrep because he decided to break Mafia rules and make a nice juicy post about game info after he died.

This downrep was basically a profile downrep as he decided to start causing stupid arguments over a downrep. It's the least justified of all three, but honestly, what kind of person even does this?

Immature and can't take criticism very well. Also acts like he's the best thing since sliced bread, and if very arrogant. As well, spams the postgame topic with irrelevant information. (Mind you it was one post, or maybe more that i missed)

@KoolKat: You shouldn't downrep a Member 3 times honestly especially for a short amount of time (well, a day time at least). That's just abusing the Reputation Settings.

Yeah, an user has been warned for abusing the reputation system just hours ago. You probably should realize that if he is breaking the game rules or if he calls himself so awesome shouldn't mean anything to you. If something like that happens all you have to do is tell the Staff, and if you want to downrep him for that you should do it only once a certain amount of time, like a day or two. Then again, downrepping him for the same reason or just because you don't like his attitude isn't a valid reason either. Keep your status clean, don't let your wish of being right, if that's actually what has been leading you through the entire debate you had with Gohan, get the best of yourself.

I have a valid complaint about the reputation system. The term reputation refers to how somebody is viewed by the general public. I don't like how people here see it as some sort of board status. People get all butthurt over their reputation, but the thing is that people that get butthurt aren't really viewed as good people. I don't like being insulted, so when Gohan called me a wannabe faggot and Mista Epic decided to flame me in a reply to a rep as well. This type of thing shows why they have low reputation (or not high). Mista Epic also shows he's not mature enough to use the rep system because I've downrepped him and he decides to send me a PM that shows exactly why he has such a low rep. I think that every effing person makes mistakes, and I downrepped gohan for an invalid reason last night. Let me tell you guys that if you want to have a high rep, then here's some tips-
Be a constructive user. Help people who need help.
Learn from mistakes. If someone downreps you, then try to improve yourself so it doesn't happen again.
Don't be a jerk. If you constantly complain about being downrepped, chances are you will continue to be downrepped. I also feel that the maturity of people here really needs to go up. People who whine about downreps need to grow up. Don't respond to this with more immaturity. I just want this out there, I don't even want people to reply to it.

The only ones causing drama are the ones that have low scores. Besides, the Reputation System is actually a good thing because they have the chance to realize what they do wrong.

No, I caused a lot of drama. It wasn't directly over the rep system. I just took out my real life anger on people here.

Then the problem isn't the Reputation System but yourself. If you've been causing drama because of some events that happened to you IRL it's fine by me, you'll get what you deserve for your actions and hopefully learn from them, still it has nothing to do with the Reputation System. Therefore, that's not even a quarter of what could be consider as a good reason to remove this Mod.
