I'm currently playing it and there's something we need to talk about. The Ball 'n' chain. Its hitbox is screwed up. I don't know if it works correctly in 2.0, but in 1.4(.3) this cost me some lives. I would fix this by making the chain a firebar (with the NoHurt code on) and the ball a Roto-disk (removing the effect). I hope it's fixed in the future

If I can play it in 1.4.3, I'm sure it's playable in 1.4.4. It's a bit hard though, 'cuz fence Koopas become invisible when going down

See if it works in 2.0, if it does then nothing needs to be fixed. There's no way to cater for 1.4 due to the incompability and no 1.3/2.0 episode is meant to be playable in 1.4 (or can be assured, that is).

Even if I can be played in 1.4, it shouldn't.

hello everybody, i love much this episode, but i need help with the first castle, larry's castle; i can`t defeat larry, somebody helps me with larry? i don`t know how to throw him to lava.

You jump on his head and push him ... I don't exactly recall what direction he's pushed (dependingly on the player's direction) but you'll figure it out with a bit of trial and error

When you stomp him, you will knock him. So try to do it to the lava.

How many stars does each level have?
How do I know if I colloected all stars from a level?

Not every level has a star. There are eight in total. Iirc they're not too hard to find.
