I'm looking for some hard to find Graphics from an game that's not made by Nintendo. Examples:
- Blaster Master 1 Graphics
- Contra 1 & Super C Graphics
- Ninja Gaiden I, II, & III Graphics
Y'all know what I'm talking about!

There was a playable Ryu in the Red Yoshi Graphics Pack, but sadly that's it.

I feel the same but I can't find it. There was a thread called "SMB3 "Styled" AK-47" in this but someone could send the link. I tried to use the search and type "SMB3 Styled" and a few words that could search it. I've checked the whole page's results but I cannot find them.

(Or at least I can only access the World map tiles, which are of no help)
I think that you need to be more specific, what do you mean by "Black and White"?
Like, Count Blek like?
Monochrome like?
Pencil shaded?

There also comes a Bill Rizer costume with the SMBX 2.0 Open Beta that replaces Samus.

Look in the Graphics folder of SMBX and then Costumes.

*facepalm* I ment how do I use the characters/costumes, I know where they are stored at. For example I am thinking of making a small project of my own but I want to use the SMW version of Mario Bros., how could I automatically switch to the costumes for that w/o using the SMW Mario and Luigi sheets manually?? Is there a setting to auto-select the costume?

You can ask MosaicMario for all of those things.

Does anyone know of a download for both 8-bit Mario and Luigi playables? I found an 8-bit Mario playable, but I never was able to find an 8-bit Luigi playable.

Sorry, but the only GFX Pack of yours I can find was made before SM3DW.

Is there any working Cape Mario graphics?
The one I have some issues, as the sprites are off-centered.
