SMB3 Flippers

Could someone attempt to make flippers from SMB3 Advance? I'm trying to help Samuel with his eReader levels, and I had an idea of how to make the flippers in Doors 'o Plenty work, but I'm terrible at graphic designing. I would need the closed versions of the flippers (left, right ,and down flippers to be exact) to replace tiles (don't know which ones though), and the open versions of the flippers to replace BGOs. If anyone could be a cool dude and help create this kind of graphic, that would really help Samuel and I.
