Just saying, the HD textures look gorgeus. They all look handmade (instead of another HD texture pack that does what every modern emulator can do), and it just looks so good, it all blends together perfectly.

I really do like those newly created Power Ups especially the Ice Flower. Very well done for a 1x1 graphical Screen like this.

I don't even know if this can even be called a lava tileset. Anyway this time, I am working on a simple tileset with a cool pattern. It is 100% SMB2 as you can see I am working on SMB2 stuff recently.

Shading? No it doesn't really. Maybe lower the contrast but not shading.

Try making it darker. I think the issue with it right now is that it's incredibly bright.
