I'd say:
-Darkonius64
-Emral
-FireLink
-Mudkip
-Quill
-Sednaiur
-SuperMario7
-Valtteri
-zlakerboy357
The tenth would be... I'm going to be honest, me. I don't want to seem arrogant or anything so please don't think of me like that. This is my honest guess. Sezixor would be in it but he didn't have much time so I am assuming he won't reach top 10. I knew some scores from some levels, so I put that into consideration as well. I didn't know all scores of any level, but those I know helped me to vaguely determine the quality (and thus the probability of reaching top 10) of the participant's level.

All right, now that I'm at a computer, I can finally type a response to each of the judges--wow, this topic really ballooned. Anyway, I was going to do a thing where I would review the reviews, but since they're all basically the same, I'll just point out certain statements and respond to them.
bossedit8 wrote:one thing I really loved about the Gimmick that is implemented is if you hit a Spike you transport at the beginning of the same room where you come by (except for the very first room where you actually can lose a life as usual when you touch a spike)
Don't take this the wrong way; that room is only to prevent players from taking power-ups into the level. Any sane person will easily be able to get past that room in, like, 5 seconds.
bossedit8 wrote:this makes it more like "I Wanna Be the Guy" feeling into it due to having unlimited amount of Continues and Save Points.
Yeah, but IWBTG is more well-known for its unintuitive difficulty (i.e., unmarked spikes launching themselves at the player), of which my level has none. You can easily see every spike in the room, and since each spike is stationary, you can also easily just stop and plan out your jumps accordingly.
Chad wrote:Everything's hitbox is perfectly 32x32
Let me stop you right there. The spikes' hitboxes are not 32x32. Rather, they each consist of ~3 12x12 ax sprite-swap generators (look at the NPC codes if you don't believe me). Why 12x12 instead of something more forgiving? I planned on adding projectiles into my level, and I planned on them being 12x12. When I ran out of events, I probably should have changed this, but it's too late now.
Emral wrote:Even if there is that little something which makes you want to keep going, that's all there is to it.
Did you come to this conclusion yourself, or did you see that Extra Credits episode as well? I ask because that was one of the things I intentionally wanted this level to have.
Emral wrote:Without the last hazard section this'd have been a little bit fairer in my opinion.
You really think so? I didn't think that section was as hard as the two that came before it. Sure, there was a jump that required you to walk, but is that really so unintuitive (or are you talking about something else in that section)?
Emral wrote:Guess: Some Talkhaus guy.
What makes you say that? I ask because I'm very unfamiliar with the Talkhaus (I didn't even know it existed until Horikawa Otane sent me a PM about MaGL X).
Quill wrote:It's kinda annoying especially with the sideways spikes which you can normally stand on.
I thought I foreshadowed this by having the player die by touching the sides of the vertical spikes. Oh well.
Quill wrote:good job for keeping two players in mind.
Wow, I didn't think anyone would notice that! I wonder, if the other judges would have noticed this as well, would that would have increased my score (or did they notice and just didn't care)?
TNTtimelord wrote:The hitboxes on the spikes are unfairly large and nearly all the jumps are unfairly small.
I can understand your issue with the jumps, but the spikes? How many obstacles aren't 32x32 or greater in SMBX (aside from my spikes, as I stated earlier)?
IN CONCLUSION
I'm surprised everyone basically said the same thing about my level (including DarkMatt). I know the gimmick and the difficulty are the two major aspects of my level, but there was barely a side-note to the 2P compatibility, the messages, and the little-something. On top of this, there were things nobody mentioned, like the walkthrough. I flat-out tell you where the walkthrough is in the first section; is it really that forgettable? Would it have helped Emral spend less time playing the level? Would it have improved my score if someone noticed? Did nobody care about it? I guess we'll never know.
Also, Valtteri wrote:TNTtimelord wrote:[b[great[/b]
I don't know which one of you made that mistake, but shame on whoever did.

I did play his submission, and Star Cave is no comparison to it. It has good chances to reach top 10.

The exact size of the spikes wasn't really the point I was trying to make with this, but rather to explain how restrictively tight they are to squeeze through because there's barely enough space between them. Regardless of their size, what's demanded of the player is more than SMBX's physics and hitbox sensitivity will reasonably allow unless you're absolutely perfect.

I never considered 2P compatibility to be that important, as there are tons of levels that just wouldn't work with it, plus there are a lot of us here who don't even have a second player. It's never been a strict requirement. The messages were cool, and having instructions tucked neatly away in unused spaces is creative, but they don't have a major impact on the experience. As for the walkthrough, it's completely unnecessary because it's easy enough to see what you're supposed to do just by looking at the level, so the walkthrough didn't affect my score at all. What's difficult isn't knowing what to do, but replicating the needed actions with not a single pixel's error in order to win.
