Medical Communication Disorder tags?

I felt "What about disorder tags for users so other users treat the user in a different way, they can alert mods or admins to turn off, change, or get new tags" I understand this is silly, but its a good health improvement, also what about sum healthy rules, like no flashing animations: you-know-what (Please do not get fooled about get new tags or change tags cause if someone requests for a MCD tag, like Aspergers Syndrome, staff need to check player activity for shifts in behavior so people wont lie...

Why is there a need to treat people differently? The same standard of behavior is equal for everyone, and adding tags would just make things unnecessarily more complex. Also, flashing animations are usually being used for trolling which is already against the rules.
