Map Saving Errors...

Today I tried using custom graphics on a world map I made. It was working smoothly, but suddenly, when I tried to save the map, SMBX crashed and it gave me an error message. I took the graphics off, and tried to save, and it worked normally again.
Can anyone tell me what happened/why I can't use custom graphics?

This error might pop uf if you caused that issue:

If it is you have to take most of the custom graphics that is related to the world map out and memorize them where you put them originaly. That is sadly the only way you can do that.

Custom sceneries beyond scene 32 cause always a run-time error. You can't fix that.

Which one is scene-32? I don't know what to do about it.

Is it only sceneries that screw it up? Or is it all the GFX?

Watch in the graphic folder.

you can't replace any scenery that comes after 30.

Does that mean I can change tiles and levels?

Yes.
You actually can change the scenery. Unfortunately, the changes only show up in-game.

No, you can replace all sceneries including scene 32. From scene 33 on, SMBX will crash, when they get replaced.

Also don't worry about any tiles / levels / paths, as you can replace them without any problem.

And about replacing the sceneries from 33 on, you can take the original scenery located in the SMBX "graphics"-folder, and make a backup-copy of them. Then replace them with the custom ones afterwards, startup SMBX then (if you do replace the original scenes while SMBX is open, it will still show the original ones, until you restart the editor), and you have all the sceneries visible.
The only drawback is, that you still see the hardcoded graphics in the scene selection.

That's not the reason of the error. He can have many sceneries as he can, but the error is generated by scenes 33-last.
