Can't stretch

Well, my problem is this:
I can't stretch the levels. I watched some tutorial videos and said I only need to click to do so, but it really doesn't work. I'm doing something wrong or that was changed? I can't find how to do that

You need to click on Level Boundry in the Level Settings first. Were you doing that?

Go to "level settings" there is a section called level boundries, select the direction that you want to stretch your level in and then click again. also the cursor should turn yellow then, thats how you know if youre stretching or not
