cloning section glitch (Solved)

Postby bossedit8 » Tue Jun 24, 2014 7:50 am

Make sure that your Level's Boundary on both sections where you want to clone is completly visible by vertical (up and/or down but mostly up) (maybe both can be the same). If one of the new section is off at the top in a (new) section while cloning, everything will be there but a few pixels off from the actual placements. Make sure both have the same size or something that isn't off just by a few pixels on vertical (up) by designing with cloning a section.

Nice, very nice. I would of made a Picture of how exactly I want to tell over on a screen instead of just plain words but that worked aswell. So your problem by cloning a section is solved. Have a nice time editing your Level.

I found this at a tutorial on rpgmaker.net

SMBX's default screen height is 18.75 blocks. You'll notice when dragging the screen boundary up that for the first one, it goes just a little bit up instead of a whole block. At that point, it is at 19 blocks tall. Only then can you copy section without glitches.
