I Need a Yoshi Skin overriding any character that can make him look the best here's an example of a Graphic

Are you looking for a custom Yoshi playable character? The one you're using in that screenshot is the best one available.

Here, try my SMW version, it has version for each item and works well except you shouldn't try to ride a Yoshi or Kuribo Shoe, it can looks horrible due to the offset of the rideable object. It replaces Luigi and there are some minor bug fixes I need to apply to it, but is tested and true. Hopefully it is what you need.
