Meme thread on the forums

I was wondering if its allowed to make a shitpost thread where you can post memes or if there already is and if its allowed.
Wasn't planning to make a thread but this question popped up on my mind when i was checking discord quote topics

im assuming the discord server also has a shitpost channel so why not one for people if they dont have discord/ or not allowed/permissible from their parents/country

I don't think a meme thread suits with the forums. Most people would use them to farm postcounts.
