can't disable fullscreen

Postby Blackops Koopa » Fri Feb 07, 2025 4:33 pm

so, while fiddling around, i learned that the maximize button puts the game in exclusive fullscreen.
ive pressed every F key (F11, F4, etc.) and i can't get it to stop the fullscreen.

im trying to leave it so i can actually read the errors when i test a level and not just stare at the loading for a suspiciously odd time.

CTRL + ESC lets you force exit any program, at least for windows. I'm not aware of any way to minimize the game after maximizing it (besides just restarting the editor entirely. To view the errors click on the open game of SMBX2 (on the bottom bar) and then they should pull up.

when you said restarting the editor entirely, do you mean just closing the editor and reopening it?
