Achievement on warp?

I'm trying to make it so that when the player enters a specific warp id, 17 for example, they unlock an achievement.
Any way that I can go about doing this? Help is greatly appreciated.

Some additional context: I want to make it so the achievement is earned when they exit to the world map, too. Like in The Invasion 2 when you go to the different areas via the star warp.
