New level has been added in the pack. This is the first time I utilitized non-mario character as the main focus, which is Uncle Broadswoard. It's also a must to use him when playing the level.
Download at the main post. Tell me what do you think o.o

Will take a note about this, along with some graphic tweaks. Thank you for the tip!
New level, after a while.
This time I made some simple and easygoing level. It's supposed to be newbie-friendly so hence why it's kinda short.
Longer and more ambitious level coming soon hopefullY
Made in 1 day. I'm in a mood for making an easy and trasitional level so here we go.
Playable with 5 main characters but the custom playable GFX is only available for Mario.

All graphical credits are included in their respective GFX folder.
As usual, feedback is appreciated to help me improve.

Made a new level, also my last B4 level.
Vanilla level this time, also a practice for myself with vanilla aesthetics. Kinda lenghty tho, but the checkpoints should help ya.
New level!
This time is an entry for CCX4, and unexpectedly got 9th. Yea ik this time I got the lower place, but my average score is higher, so that's cool.
Travel the foggy sky.
Exit This Earth's Atmosphere is an aptly named stage where you go high in the sky until you escape it. With altitude as the theme, you progress upward through cliffs and clouds to reach the stars (one literally).
Fittingly enough, it’s a very atmospheric level. There’s a cloudy haze over the whole thing, just enough to make a filter rather than obscure your view. The music is ambient and mysterious. Fireballs give off a little glow when thrown. It’s effective at creating a whimsical setting.
Most of the platforming challenge comes from beep blocks, flipping between red and blue at even intervals. Their speed varies by section and the timing can be tight for some of them, but they’re generally fair and not too demanding. The one thing to be careful of is not to get crushed by them, as they can kill you if you’re caught in them just right.
The stage uses SMB2 enemies as its main baddies along with Cloud Drops and some of those hurty blocks on moving layers. Cobrats, Beezos, and Pidgits are common and some of them are part of the navigation. The Pidgits fire out of overturned vases like bullets and are occasionally needed for a jump. While there are a few places they could help, I was able to make most of the jumps with enough momentum regardless.
It’s a long level with multiple checkpoints. I don’t recommend taking it on without them as it’s pretty hazardous and power-ups are sparse, but well-paced. Each section felt reasonably challenging to me, and most of my trouble was due to my own blundering. The dangers are crafty, but manageable. It’s a solid stage overall and there’s nothing I would really fault it for.

Hey, I made a new level! Let's travel the aquatic forest.
Though the level isn't that big, but I hope you still enjoy it.
Download at the main post as usual c:
I added both my Vanillart and Vanillish entries in this thread. Both got top 10, have eerie atmospheres, and use invert screen filter, which is cool.
Hope you enjoyed both of these levels.
Hey, I made another (vanilla) level!
This one was going to be my entry to Vanillish contest, but the contest disallows SMBX2 characters. So yea.
Feel the heat and enjoy the level!
Download at the main post as usual. Tell me what do you think :p
Nice map, but I would recommend recoloring the checkpoint flag to yellow and flipping Mario's M to become Wario's W in this case. I also think it would be nicer if the final room was like an exit to the dungeon rather than just another "regular" room.

Its a level, not a map but thankie :p
I personally agree with the ending thing, I could have made it better.
For the checkpoint, I could do that if the level is not fully restricted to vanilla assets (which means the level doesn't use any custom graphics/lua, even if it's just a recolor).
Noitnemid Etanretla is a standalone stage jam level that starts out normal and gets weird quick. After a short, rompy World 1 section, everything goes pear-shaped and you have to find your way out of a ghost-infested alternate dimention, hence the title. It’s written backwards, get it?!
Atmospheric touches have been made to really sell the otherworldliness. Filters that render the visuals black & white or inverted are effective at this, while keeping the level readable for play. Music choices are unsettling and add to the corrupted feeling. Background glitch effects are used to further set the tone, again without interfering with gameplay. It’s great that the stage is able to maintain its functionality in these conditions as the mood hasn’t been prioritized over mechanics.
Speaking of, the stage involves some trippy ones. There are those directional arrow blocks that travel for a while before vanishing and some roto-disc-lookin’ things that warp you to a nearby connected dot. Platforming challenges are themed around these obstacles and both are put to clever use. The stage is a decent length, but peppered with checkpoints throughout, so you don’t have to repeat much if you mess up. This allowed them to employ more lethal hazards in some cases, like placing teleport dots right above a cliff.
While the level has a fair share of hazards, it doesn’t go overboard with them, yet remains a bit difficult. There are a couple parts that don’t work quite as intended. In one section, a wall of Eeries chases you to the right, and then back again to the left. The problem is that if you get too far ahead of the Eeries, they despawn and no longer threaten you. Likewise, if you have a mushroom, you can also tank a hit from either wall and let them pass, removing the time pressure. This part may have benefitted from being auto-scroll or filtering the player’s power-ups so they must stay ahead of the Eeries.
Apart from that and a couple small typos, it’s a very effective stage. It’s interesting and challenging without being frustrating, sending you on a li’l trip through a well-crafted spooky setting. Just don't change the weird folder name or you'll break all the custom music.
