REPLIES IN THIS THREAD SHOULD EXCLUSIVELY BE LEVEL SUBMISSIONS
RULES THREAD
WHY THE SUBFORUM?
Do you have a WIP level and need feedback or testers? You can make a thread for your level ahead of its completion and collaborate with people looking to play submissions. There is no anonymity rule. However, I will not take a look at any threads posted and only keep my eye on the submissions and rules threads.
HOW TO SUBMIT
To submit a level, you leave a reply in this topic with the download link to the level. Each reply should contain a single level, and can be edited to update the level.
In order for your level to be scored, I need to be able to download it.
I recommend using services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or MEGA to upload your level. Mediafire is a bad choice because of its slow download speeds.
WHAT SHOULD MY SUBMISSION INCLUDE?
- The level file
- If you include custom music, it should be in the level folder
- If you used any of the 10 config files you may use, those should be in the level folder, too
- You may include a Readme for credits and other info you think the judges should know. You may also write a poem if you like.
Here is an example:
Please make an attempt to keep the filesize of your music low. Any song larger than 6MB is just a hassle. Making looping OGG music is very easy and usually only takes up 1-3MB, too!
If you used more than 10 configs or other disallowed assets, I will remove them before distributing them to the other judges. Be clever in design, not in cheating the rules, please.
Please also ensure that your music works. Nobody likes broken music paths.
For any questions, please ask in the rules thread, rather than here.
