How to get pipes to teleport players to the worldmap

I've been trying to figure this out for while but everything that I've tried didn't work.

Does anyone have any clue on how this works?

all you need to do is check the "to other level" box in the warp's properties and then click the "set" button in the "go to world map position" menu to select a location to warp to

then just place the entrance and you're good to go

i've tried this and instead it just teleports me to the beginning of the level for some reason..

make sure to test either using the "test a save file" option or by opening the normal game. the tester by default does not support the world map.
